Governor Hogan’s Daughters Respond to Attack Ads from Outside Groups
After partisan outside groups announced millions of dollars in false attacks ads on Governor Hogan’s record on reproductive rights, Hogan for Maryland today released two new ads—“Girl Dad” and “Trust”—featuring testimony from Governor Hogan’s daughters and his commitment to protect choice.
“Trust”
In “Trust,” Governor Hogan’s daughters Jaymi Sterling and Julie Kim, set the record straight on their father’s record on reproductive rights.
Jaymi Sterling: When Larry Hogan married my mom, he became a father to three strong, independent women. And he gained our trust.
Julie Kim: He became our dad.
Jaymi: Now, once again, they’re attacking him as anti-women. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Julie: As governor, Dad kept his word to provide birth control at no cost. And he supports choice by restoring Roe in every state.
