As Democrats around the country head to Chicago for the Democratic National Television, Hogan for Maryland released three testimonial ads from Democratic and Independent women showcasing his diverse, bipartisan coalition of support.
“Marylanders on the right and the left are sick and tired of divisiveness and dysfunction, and seeing nothing ever get done in Washington while local communities and families pay the price. That’s why I’m running–to give all Marylanders a voice in Washington, and to get stuff done.” Governor Hogan said.
Kay, a welder in Baltimore City, is a Democrat voting for Governor Hogan because she believes “Larry Hogan is doing what some of his party members are scared to do,” and that “he can get things done on a national level.”
Roxanne, a single mother and nurse from Anne Arundel County, is a registered independent. She is supporting Governor Hogan because she believes he represents “all Marylanders,” and has a “common sense ideology.”
Pam, a Democrat living in Park Heights, “just wants solutions.” To her, Governor Hogan is “the definition of solutions,” and that’s why she’ll be supporting him in November.
