Hogan for Maryland Statement on General Assembly Tax Debate

Hogan for Maryland released the following statement from Governor Larry Hogan in response to a report by the Associated Press–“Maryland lawmakers debate tax and fee package. Some Democrats worry it may cost party the US Senate”:

“I’m not concerned about the politics. I’m concerned that a $1.3 billion tax hike would cost us jobs and hurt Maryland families already squeezed by historic inflation. Enough is enough. Let’s reject these tax hikes and send a message that it’s time to end politics-as-usual.”
