Hogan for Maryland got a head start celebrating Fourth of July this year with Maryland families at the Darlington Independence Day Parade, Rockville Asian BBQ Festival, and Hereford Independence Day Parade.
“As our nation prepares to celebrate its 248th birthday, it was great to spend the weekend celebrating all we have to be thankful for as Marylanders and Americans with diverse Maryland families across the state,” Governor Hogan said. “From Rockville to Hereford and beyond, we Marylanders get to live in the greatest state in the greatest nation on Earth.”
Rockville Asian BBQ Festival. Governor Hogan stopped by the inaugural Asian BBQ Festival in Rockville on Saturday afternoon.
Darlington Independence Day Parade. Next, Hogan for Maryland got a head start celebrating Fourth of July with Darlington residents by walking in the Darlington Independence Day Parade Saturday evening with parade goers and volunteers.
Hereford Independence Day Parade. Hogan for Maryland closed out the weekend in Hereford, where Governor Hogan and campaign volunteers joined the Hereford Independence Day Parade, shaking hands with parade goers and wishing families a happy Fourth of July.
Hogan for Maryland will continue Fourth of July Celebrations this week in Annapolis, Towson, Dundalk, and Havre de Grace.
