Last night as a part of Hogan for Maryland’s Strong Independent Leadership Tour, Governor Hogan spoke with Baltimore County supporters, residents, and local leaders at a meet and greet hosted by co-chair of Democrats for Hogan and former Democratic State Senator Bobby Zirkin at Copper Union.
