Hogan For Maryland released the following statement from Governor Hogan today ahead of a vote in the Senate on the Right to IVF Act:
“This vote provides the opportunity to send a clear message to American families that the government will never undermine the hope and promise of IVF. It’s an opportunity Congress should take.
“As Governor, I made sure access to IVF was never in question for Maryland families as part of my commitment to protect reproductive rights. In the Senate, I will work across the aisle and sponsor legislation to protect and expand access to IVF.
“Like many Marylanders, I’m proud to know IVF families. Their resilience is truly inspiring, and we must ensure that they have the support and resources to make their dreams a reality, free from political meddling or misguided restrictions.”
