Governor Hogan Reaffirms Commitment to Protect IVF Ahead of Senate Vote

Today, Hogan for Maryland released the following statement from Governor Hogan regarding today’s upcoming U.S. Senate vote on legislation to protect access to IVF treatments:

“For many, the journey to the joy of parenthood can be filled with unexpected challenges. Government shouldn’t be one of them.

“IVF treatments provide families with hope and a path to bring children into the world. This is something to be celebrated—not politicized.

“I am proud today to reaffirm that in the Senate, I will support and sponsor legislation to protect access to IVF. We should come together in a thoughtful and bipartisan way to get this done.”
