Time commitment: Interns are expected to commit 6-8 hours per week
Door Knocking: Interns are required to knock on 100-150 doors per week
Phone Banking: Interns are required to make 500-1,000 calls per week
Additional Projects: Interns will participate in projects across various departments, including Political, Communications, Operations, and Fundraising.
Educational Credit: Opportunity for educational credit available (Check with your institution for requirements).
Objective: The objective of this internship program is to equip students with practical experience in political campaigning by actively engaging them in grassroots efforts. Over the course of the program, interns will commit 6-8 hours per week to contribute directly to the campaign’s success, while also gaining exposure to the strategic operations of a Senate campaign through participation in projects across key departments, including Political, Communications, Operations, and Fundraising. This hands-on experience aims to develop the interns’ understanding of campaign dynamics and provide an opportunity to earn educational credit, fostering both their professional and academic growth.
